General Testing Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose
These conditions govern participation in the beta testing program (hereinafter "the Program") of the Famylio platform, published by MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL, registered with the BCE under number 0842.262.084, headquartered in Belgium (hereinafter "the Publisher").
Article 2 — Eligibility and registration
The Program is open to any adult natural person residing in the European Union. Registration is limited to 3 places per day. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse or revoke access without justification. Each email address may only be used once.
Article 3 — Access duration
Beta access is granted for 90 days from registration confirmation. At the end of this period, access is automatically deactivated. The Publisher may offer a preferential continuation offer.
Article 4 — Free of charge and no commitment
Participation in the Program is entirely free. No credit card is required. The beta tester has no purchase obligation at the end of the test period.
Article 5 — Nature of the service
The platform is provided "as-is". The Publisher does not guarantee the absence of bugs, interruptions, or data loss. Features may be modified, added, or removed without prior notice during the Program.
Article 6 — Personal data and GDPR

Data entered in the platform during testing (events, contacts, documents, etc.) is stored on European hosting, isolated per family (multi-tenant architecture), and is never resold to third parties.
The tester has the right to access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data. These rights can be exercised via the Settings section of the application or by email to privacy@famylio.com.
The tester's IP address is hashed (SHA-256) and is never stored in plain text.
Article 7 — Feedback and intellectual property
Feedback submitted via the integrated widget or any other channel becomes the property of the Publisher. The tester authorizes the Publisher to use this feedback to improve the platform without compensation.
Article 8 — Confidentiality
The tester agrees not to disclose non-public features, internal screenshots, or any confidential elements of the platform without written authorization from the Publisher.
Article 9 — Liability
The Publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform in beta version, including data loss.
Article 10 — Termination
The tester may terminate their participation at any time by contacting hello@famylio.com. The Publisher may revoke access in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
Article 11 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
